47-year-old agent charged with fraudulent land transaction
Joseph Ofosu, 47, was granted bail in the sum of GH150,000.00 with three sureties, two of whom had to be in the jurisdiction and justified. The accused was charged with fraudulent land transactions in violation of section 277(2)(a) of the Land Act 2020. (ACT 1036).
