52-Year-Old Ghanaian Cab Driver Murdered In New York, USA.

In an American suburb of New York on Saturday, August 13, 2022, a gang of mischievous adolescents murdered a 52-year-old Ghanaian cab driver.

Gyimah Kutin passed away on Saturday in Queens, New York, USA, following an attempted robbery by a group of passengers he picked up.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) published a video of the incident that left Mr Kutin unconscious on a sidewalk as part of its efforts to identify the five suspects—two men and three women.
The violent footage depicts the five passengers lunging for the 52-year-old one at a time before one of the male accomplices struck Kutin hard, sending him crashing to the ground.

According to reports, the cab driver hit his head on the ground and lost consciousness.
He was taken to a hospital where he was later declared deceased by police who had reacted to the scene.

As additional video of the fatal attack surfaced on Thursday, police said two men and a juvenile girl surrendered to officers and were charged in connection with the violent beating death of Queen’s taxi driver Kutin Gyimah.

Austin Amos and Nickolas Porter, both 20 years old, turned themselves to the police at the 101st Precinct in Queens late on Wednesday. They are accused of avoiding paying a cab fare and fatally beating Gyimah when the latter pursued them for the money early on Saturday.
