Dr. Anthony Afissah, the constituency chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Gomoa East, and his campaign team have been robbed.
The incident happened on Friday evening in Gomoa Winga, just before the party’s constituency elections.
The armed men, who were on a motorcycle, vandalized Dr. Affisah’s cars and fled with about GH 40,000 cash.
Dr. Afissah told Adom News’ Kofi Adjei about the incident.
