According to pulse.ng, Sikiru Ajibola, 36, was apprehended by Ogun Police Command operatives.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), confirmed the incident and the arrest of the suspect.
Ajibola is accused of committing a crime in the state of Ogijo.
Oyeyemi revealed that the chairman of the community development association, Olorunwa Arogbeja, filed a report at Ogijo divisional headquarters, which led to the suspect’s arrest.
According to the complaint, the suspect had unlawful carnal knowledge of the minor, which caused him to die.
Following the report, the DPO Ogijo division, CSP Enatufe Omoh, dispatched his detectives to the scene, where the suspect was quickly apprehended.
“During interrogation, the arrested suspect admitted to being a homosexual and that while having sex with the deceased boy, the boy passed away.”
He also admitted to digging a shallow grave in a nearby bush and hurriedly burying the boy.

“He has also taken police officers to the deceased’s grave,” Oyeyemi said.
He also stated that once the investigation was completed, Ajibola would be brought to court to answer for the crime.
Meanwhile, Lanre Bankole, the Ogun County Commissioner of Police, has directed that the case be transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (SCID)
