Money is the least important aspect of accepting to promote an artiste – Elorm Beenie

According to award-winning artiste manager and promoter Elorm Beenie, money is the least important consideration when accepting an artiste to promote or manage.

Elorm Beenie told Giovani on 3FM Drive that an artist who wants to break through must first have a passion and drive for music.

The talent must also be willing to unlearn the majority of what he knows and be taught new things as his career progresses.

“First, you must have the drive or passion. “Number two, you should be ready and willing to learn, as well as ready to unlearn and re-learn along the way,” he said.

While many people rank budget and funding as the most important needs, Elorm believes they are secondary in the hierarchy of needs.
“Some people bring money, but the content is chaff. I have a standard to uphold. So I can’t say I’ll look into it because of money. “Aside from the budget, what am I promoting?” he inquired.

Without these things in place, Elorm Beenie is convinced that all of the artists will produce nothing but garbage.
Elorm Beenie is an artist manager and promoter who currently works with Rocky Dawuni, a two-time Grammy nominee.
