On Sunday morning, the body of an unidentified man in his thirties was discovered on the Bimbilla-Kpaturi Road.
The body was discovered beside his motorcycle; the cause of death is unknown.
Meanwhile, farmers on the road claim that a robbery occurred last night, and they believe the man in question was one of the victims who attempted to flee for their lives but were unsuccessful.
“I was going to the farm,” Fuseini Alhassan, a farmer, said. As a result, I’m returning home. In the Dagbani tradition, when you see things like this on your war to the farm, you can not work”.
The body was dumped at the scene after an initial police inspection revealed that the person had been murdered elsewhere, and there were cuts on the arms and legs with no blood stains where the body was lying.
The officers dispatched to the scene declined to comment.
Bimbilla police have transported the body for autopsy.
