Due to the non-payment of Special Duty Allowances (SDA) and other administrative issues, CAGD staff members across the nation have threatened to stop providing validation services to those employed by the public sector.
Additionally, they have threatened to boycott the upcoming publication of the Consolidated Fund’s third-quarter national accounts.
They claim that due to delays in the payment of their allowances, their action has become necessary.
The staff is requesting immediate payment of their maintenance allowances for 2021 and the first, second, and third quarters of 2022 in a petition seen by Citi News.

Therefore, they are requesting that management resolve these problems within the next 14 days or risk their wrath.
