Rosemond Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo on social media, has left the Nsawam prison after being granted bail two days ago.
According to her lawyers, she is currently en route to her home in Kasoa.
Her lawyers failed to complete processes to secure her release on time on Thursday, after the Criminal Division of the High Court granted her bail of GHS80,000 with two sureties.
The bail conditions require her to report to the case investigator every two weeks and to leave her passport with the court registrar.
Rosemond Brown was sentenced to 90 days in prison for publishing obscene material and violating her seven-year-old son’s dignity and integrity in a nude photo she posted on Facebook.

Her legal team has argued that the sentence imposed on their client was excessively harsh.
